The Greenbrier Classic, White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.

We have a new tournament and venue this week on the PGA Tour, The Greenbrie Classic at White Sulphur Springs. It is played on the Old White course which is one of the oldest courses in the States. There were a number of changes in 2006 to restore the original features to the course. It is quite a short course at 7020 yards with only two par 5s and unusually finishes with a par 3. There may be bad weather on Thursday which could cause some delay. The fairways are wide so although it is an old style course long hitters should be favoured.

Value match bet with 5-Dimes tie no bet

4/5 Matteson v R. Johnson 6 units

Troy Matteson is a long hitter and should be favoured by the course. He has four top 25s and leads Richard Johnson 12-5 in head to heads over the last twelve months. Johnson has just won the Scandinavian Open and may be jet lagged and still be celebrating.

Value match bet with Unibet tie no bet

10/11 Couch v Daly 3 units

Chris Couch has had three top 25s this year and two top 10s. John Daly's come back has not gone that well and he has only managed one top 25 this year.

Value match bet with Pinnacle tie no bet

-108 JB Holmes v Barnes 3 units

JB Holmes hits the ball a long way and has only missed one cut all year. Ricky Barnes may not be as suited to the course and trails JB Holmes 14-8 over a three year period .

Finishing Positions:

Sell JB Holmes at 39 with Extrabet for 0.3 units

JB Holmes is in good recent form 10,28,59,-,-,5,0,14,- and is not just a long hitter. He has had putting lessons from Dick Stockton.

Kevin Sutherland is always under-rated but is a consistent player and finished 17th last week.
